Abstract

|
본 연구는 자궁 내막증 여성의 삶의 질, 불확실성 및
증상고통 정도를 알아보고 이들간의 관련성을 파악하
여 삶의 질에 영향을 주는 요인을 확인하기 위하여 시
도되었다. 연구 대상자는 부산과 경남 지역에 위치한
7개 종합병원의 산부인과에서 자궁내막증으로 진단
받고 통원 치료 중인 환자 121명이었고, 자가 보고식
설문지를 이용하였으며 자료수집 기간은 2004년 8월
부터 2005년 1월까지 였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS 프
로그램을 이용하여 빈도, 백분율, 평균과 표준편차,
t-test, 일원분산분석, 다중선형 회귀 분석을 하였다.

Objectives : The purpose of this study was to understand the relationships among quality of life, uncertainty, total symptom distress(TSD) of women with endometriosis and to identify the factors influencing quality of life.
Methods : The study subjects were 121 outpatients with endometriosis from 7 Hospital in Busan Metropolitan City and Kyungsangnam do. The data have been collected from Aug 1, 2004 to Jan 31, 2005. The data were analyzed by descriptive statistics, t-test, one-way ANOVA and multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS WIN 10.0 statistical program.
Results : The mean score of the quality of life, uncertainty and TSD were 38.3(range 0~100), 56.6(range 23~115), 3.23(range 0~9), respectively. Quality of life score was statistically different by age(p=0.026) and pain associated with menstruation(p=0.001). In multiple regression analysis, TSD was the main influencing factor of quality of life(R2=0.257).
Conclusions : Endometriosis total symptom distress was a major influencing factor on quality of life in women with endometriosis. Therefore, symptom management may be an important intervention for quality of life improvement among them.
